Title: Retail Team Member Job Description:         We are a community-minded health food market with all categories of items, making us a small natural supermarket. You will be expected to work in a high performing, dynamic team. You will also be expected to provide our customers with outstanding awareness and service through meaningful interactions in the store.           You are expected to continuously want to learn, grow and take ownership of your actions. Through your charisma, positive attitude, cultural sensitivity, ability to connect with others on an individual level and good humor, you will be an advocate for our team and help us achieve our greatest potential. You will help maintain a well stocked, beautifully merchandised store. You need to use your "eye for detail" to set and achieve the highest standards for assertive merchandising throughout the store. To be successful you will need to establish and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with all team members.           Experience in our field is a plus. You must be passionate about the natural lifestyle and superior service as well as having a genuine desire to help people around you. You must be able to have a flexible schedule and have the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It is important that you have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a sense of urgency. To be successful you will need to be a team player, have good communication skills, good organizational skills and want to give 100% of yourself.   Candidates must be committed to a healthy lifestyle!           The store hours are 10:00 AM ­ 7:00PM (Monday ­ Saturday).
